A lack of deep tech talent in areas like AI and ML may hinder the growth of India’s enterprise SaaS firms, according to a Nasscom and EY report. Interviews with CXOs from leading SaaS firms revealed that 80% believe this talent shortage and insufficient deep tech infrastructure could impact growth. The report also indicated that 54% of use cases leverage AI and ML, followed by big data at 39% and intelligent automation at 7%.
